The Pocketful Skirt

£10.00 – £13.00

The Pocketful Skirt is a pleated, high waisted skirt with BIG pockets for keeping all your treasures. It features a false placket on the front, can be made in either mini or midi length and with patch or hidden pockets. This skirt is quick to make and easy to customise!

View A is a midi length pleated skirt with large patch pockets and a false placket.

View B is a mini length pleated skirt with hidden side seam pockets and a false placket.

Note that all features are interchangeable so you can pick and choose.

Difficulty: Confident Beginner

This pattern comes in sizes A to K. Please see our sizing page for more information.

Recommended Fabrics: Light to medium weight woven fabrics such as cotton poplin, linen, satin, or silk. Softer fabrics will create a floatier skirt and stiffer fabrics will create more structured pleats.

About Your Pattern

This sewing pattern is available to purchase in the following formats:

PDF Pattern -  After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email containing your pattern files. The files can also be accessed by visiting My Account and then clicking on Orders.

PDF Pattern + Copy Shop - You will receive the digital files as above but also an A0 printed copy of the pattern pieces will be posted to you First Class delivery. Patterns are printed by the lovely people at Fabulosew onto high quality, lightweight sewing pattern paper. You will still need to download the instructions as these won't be printed. Select the cup size that you would like to be printed, you will receive all of the digital files, regardless of selected cup size.

The Pocketful Skirt files you will receive are:

The pattern has been created with layers so you can choose to only print the sizes you need.
